Manganese steel is the go-to material for high-impact zones, especially where sliding or compressive wear causes other steels to deform or crack. It’s used where you need steel that doesn’t just survive punishment — it gets stronger from it.
Heavy-duty mining environments demand high hardness and impact-resistant steel plates for buckets, crushers, dump truck liners, and chutes. We recommend grades like AR500, NM500, and HIND HARD 500 for maximum wear life. These plates resist gouging, abrasion, and loading stress — keeping your equipment running longer.
From dozer blades to backhoe arms, our wear plates are used in construction machines where steel meets soil, stone, or concrete. AR400 and NM400 are most preferred for their formability and surface toughness. Custom sizes and thicknesses are available on request.
