Rockstar 500 Plate is a top-tier wear-resistant steel plate with an average hardness of ~500 BHN, built for intense abrasive conditions in mining, defense, recycling, and high-impact applications. It provides longer service life than AR400/AR450 and balances hardness with formability — ensuring less downtime and lower maintenance cost.

Rockstar 500 is a quenched and tempered wear plate that delivers high resistance to gouging, sliding, and high-stress wear. Designed to perform under severe abrasive exposure, it’s ideal for components that handle rocks, minerals, sand, and high-velocity impact.
