RockHard 500 Plates are engineered for extreme abrasion and high-impact resistance, with a nominal hardness of 500 BHN. Built to withstand some of the world’s most punishing environments, this grade is ideal for use in mining, quarrying, cement plants, and defense applications — where downtime due to wear failure is not an option.

RockHard 500 is a quenched and tempered steel plate designed for wear-intensive operations. It offers a nominal surface hardness of 500 Brinell (BHN) and is known for its excellent strength-to-weight ratio, reducing plate thickness without compromising durability.
