RockHard 400 Plates are highly durable, abrasion-resistant steel plates designed for tough working environments such as mining, construction, and heavy equipment industries. With a nominal hardness of 400 BHN, these plates offer superior wear resistance, impact toughness, and formability—making them a preferred solution for components exposed to aggressive wear and tear.

RockHard 400 is a quenched and tempered wear-resistant steel plate with a hardness around 400 Brinell (BHN). It provides excellent resistance to surface abrasion, sliding wear, and moderate impact.
Unlike standard carbon steels, RockHard 400 has a higher carbon content and alloying elements that allow it to maintain strength under high load and high-friction conditions.
