Quard 550 Plate is a next-generation high hardness wear-resistant steel, manufactured by NLMK Clabecq (Belgium) and designed for extreme abrasion environments. With a nominal hardness of 550 HBW, Quard 550 offers superior durability, longer wear life, and exceptional structural strength — making it ideal for demanding applications where AR500 or standard 500 BHN plates start to fail.
