JFE Everhard 500 Plate (EH500) is a high-hardness, abrasion-resistant plate manufactured by JFE Steel Corporation, Japan, known for its outstanding resistance to sliding wear, impact, and gouging. With a typical surface hardness of 500 Brinell, it is one of the most trusted materials for mining, cement, quarry, and armor applications globally.

EH500 is a quenched and tempered wear-resistant plate designed for extremely abrasive applications where extended life is critical. It offers high hardness (500 HBW), excellent tensile strength, and good toughness, making it ideal for both sliding and impact wear.
