Certified plates eliminate the risks of failure, rejection, or non-compliance in critical structural applications. Each certification indicates traceability, test reports, and compliance with mechanical, chemical, and dimensional tolerances.
We are ISO 9001:2015 certified, which ensures quality consistency across supply chains. Every plate undergoes traceable mill test certification (MTC) and internal quality control as per ISO guidelines.

IBR certified plates are used in pressure vessels, boilers, economizers, and heat exchangers that fall under the Indian Boiler Regulations. These plates come with official IBR Form IIIC and stamping.
Typical tests include mechanical properties (yield strength, tensile, elongation), chemical analysis, ultrasonic testing (UT), visual inspection, and Positive Material Identification (PMI). Certified plates come with EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2 certificates.
Ask for Mill Test Certificates (MTC), traceable heat numbers, and third-party inspection reports. Ensure CE or IBR stamping is present on the plate and documents.
CE marking is a general European conformity mark, while PED certification is specifically for pressure equipment. A plate can carry both CE and PED markings if it meets the requirements of both.
