Abrex 450 Plates are premium-grade abrasion resistant steel plates known for theirN superior toughness, high impact resistance, and extended service life in the harshest environments. Developed by NSSMC Japan, this 450 BHN plate is engineered to deliver excellent performance in sliding and impact wear conditions, making it ideal for mining, construction, material handling, and defense-grade components.

Abrex 450 is a quenched and tempered abrasion resistant steel plate with a nominal hardness of 450 BHN (Brinell Hardness Number). It offers a superior blend of hardness and toughness, making it suitable for high-impact applications where both structural integrity and wear life are critical.
Unlike conventional mild steel, Abrex 450 has higher hardness, better elongation, and greater impact resistance, enabling it to withstand repeated sliding and gouging.
