• Preheat required (approx. 150–250°C) for plates thicker than 10 mm
• Use low hydrogen electrodes like E7018/E10018
• Post-weld stress relieving recommended for critical armor applications

Bending/Forming:

• Possible for thinner gauges (up to 8 mm)
